Most data projects fail not because of bad technology — but because nobody properly defined what the business actually needed. That gap is where I work.

My core work has been data lakehouse architecture and data products. I've designed platforms for large insurance companies, and built a consumer data platform for a major retail enterprise scaling across the EMEA region. More recently, I've been working with enterprise metadata systems — structuring and governing metadata to make organizational data accessible to AI systems. That kind of work doesn't just require technical depth — it requires understanding how different markets operate, what compliance looks like across borders, and how to govern data that dozens of teams depend on.

Outside consulting, I ship my own software products: iOS and Android apps with paying users across multiple stores. Building products keeps my analyst instincts honest — when you're both the analyst and the person who has to ship, vague requirements have immediate consequences.

My technical and domain depth — built over 8 years of real client work.
